Is this horror or psychological thriller?
Both. The tension does not come from the supernatural but from the logic of the system: everything has an explanation. That makes it harder to ignore.
What does it mean that the building “replaces” its residents?
That is not answered before chapter 10. What can be said: the building does not improvise. It has a procedure.
How many chapters does the series have?
Arcs I and II total 20 chapters (May–August 2026), already complete. Arc III is coming soon.
Is there a Spanish version?
Yes. The series publishes simultaneously as El Edificio, with the same characters and the same logic of substitution.
Is it free?
